As of August 13, 2019, it operated 173 stores, including 146 stores in Germany, 22 stores in Austria, 3 stores in Luxembourg, and 2 stores in Switzerland, as well as an online shop. The company was founded in 1948 and is headquartered in Haibach, Germany. Adler Modemärkte AG is a subsidiary of S&E Kapital GmbH.
