Adler Modemärkte AG operates as a clothing retailer. It offers a range of products, including womenswear, menswear, and underwear; and accessories, footwear, kids wear and babywear, traditional dresses, and durable goods under the ADLER brand name, as well as under the external brands of Bexleys, Malva, Thea, MyOwn, Via Cortesa, Viventy by Bernd Berger, Steilmann, Senator, Eagle No.7, and Big Fashion. The company also operates specialist clothing stores together with other retailers. As of December 31, 2019, it operated 172 stores, including 143 stores in Germany, 24 stores in Austria, three stores in Luxembourg, and two stores in Switzerland, as well as an online shop. The company was founded in 1948 and is headquartered in Haibach, Germany. Adler Modemärkte AG is a subsidiary of S&E Kapital GmbH.
