It also offers content to Toei Channel, a CS broadcasting station, as well as various broadcasting media; and grants videogram rights to packaged-video makers. In addition, the company provides commoditizing rights for toys, apparel, everyday items, food products, stationeries, publications, CDs, DVDs, games, play equipment, and theme parks, as well as operates Toeihero.net, an online shopping Website. Further, it operates movie studios; builds, operates, and manages various commercial facilities and cinema-complex facilities; manages golf course; operates and manages real-estate leasing facilities, such as commercial buildings, office buildings, and apartment buildings; and operates hotels. Toei Company, Ltd. was founded in 1951 and is based in Tokyo, Japan.
