Mr. Budge has worked on corporate organic growth projects at all stages of project development, from order of magnitude to feasibility. He also conducted strategic analyses for market entry into new geographies and led due diligence on acquisition targets. Mr. Budge’s global commodity experience with Rio Tinto includes copper, iron ore and aluminum. Prior to that, he worked for over seven years in the UK coal industry for RJB Mining (currently UK Coal Plc). He serves as a Director of Iustum Limited. He is an independent advisor to junior mining companies on acquisitions and project development. His career in the mining sector spans over 20 years. He served as Director of Operations, Director of Mining and Director of Planning at Harworth Group plc (Coalfield Resources plc) (formerly RJB Mining). Mr. Budge received an M.B.A. from the London Business School and holds an M.Eng. (Hons) in Mining Engineering from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London.
