He Co-Founded TriLoch in 2001, which ultimately became NuLoch Resources, Inc. Mr. Dawson’s career also includes serving as President of Nuloch Resources Inc. from 2005 to 2011; Vice President, Exploration of Triloch Resources, Inc. from 2001 to 2005 and Vice President, Exploration for four years with Summit Resources. He has been a Director of Williston Hunter Canada, Inc. since June 2005. He co-founded numerous oil and gas exploration companies. He served as a Director of Triloch Resources Inc. Mr. Dawson serves as a President, Chief Executive Officer and Director at Cuda Energy Inc. Mr. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Weber State University of Utah in 1980 and a Masters of Science Program in Geology from University of Calgary from 1980 to 1982. He has been Independent Director of International Frontier Resources Corporation since July 5, 2018.
