Jinmao (China) Hotel Investments and Management Limited, an investment holding company, operates hotels in the People’s Republic of China. It operates in three segments: Property Leasing, Hotel Operations, and Others. The Property Leasing segment leases offices and commercial premises. The Hotel Operations segment provides hotel accommodation services. The Others segment offers property management services; and operates an observation deck. The company invests in and operates various hotels located in Shanghai, Beijing, Sanya, and other regions. Its property portfolio comprises eight hotels, as well as Jin Mao Tower, a mixed-use development property. The company was formerly known as Jinmao (China) Investments Holdings Limited and changed its name to Jinmao (China) Hotel Investments and Management Limited in June 2016. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Wanchai, Hong Kong. Jinmao (China) Hotel Investments and Management Limited is a subsidiary of China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited.
