He has a strong interest in sustainability and corporate responsibility in mining. He is a mining engineer with over 25 years experience in engineering, mine development and operations and also in the construction and mining industries. He served as Vice President of Technical Services and Sustainable Development of Tournigan Energy Ltd. (formerly Tournigan Gold Corp.). from May 01, 2006 to July 31, 2008. He served as Vice President of Operations of Brett Resources Inc. since January 20, 2009 and was responsible for the technical and social development of its advanced projects. He also has domestic and international mine development experience spans dozens of precious and base metal, uranium, coal, industrial minerals and diamond projects. Mr. Ringwald joined Tournigan in Vancouver as Vice President of Technical Services and was responsible for all engineering studies for Tournigan's advanced projects. He served as Vice President of Project Development of Crew Development Corp. (now Crew Gold Corp.) from December 2001 to June 30, 2003, where he was responsible for feasibility, permitting and EPCM of the Nalunaq Gold Project in Greenland. Mr. Ringwald served as an Independent Mining Consultant and Project Mining Engineer for Nalunaq from July 2001 to December 2001. He served as Senior Mining Engineer of SRK Consulting from October 1999 to December 2000. He served as Senior Mining Engineer with Placer Dome Technical Services Ltd. From March 1996 to September 1999, he was a Principal owner of Geocomp Consulting (specializing in application of computer based geoscience modelling systems and techniques in the mining and environmental industries). Mr. Ringwald served as Technical Director Mining and Principal Mining Engineer for AMEC Americas Limited, where he developed and managed a team of 30 mining engineering specialists. He served as a Director of Belmont Resources Inc., since August 26, 2010. Mr. Ringwald completed both Mining and Mineral Process Engineering programs for his B.ASc from the University of British Columbia.
