The company also holds 100% interest in Oakley project that comprises 198 federal lode mining claims covering approximately 5,120 acres located in Cassia County, Idaho. The company was formerly known as Otis Capital Corp. and changed its name to Otis Gold Corp. in January 2009. Otis Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
