Mr. Bradley Clifford Nichol, also known as Brad, P. Eng. MBA, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Liberty One Lithium Corp. since July 25, 2017. Mr. Nichol has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Edge Resources Inc. since June 1, 2009. He is an international entrepreneur who has served and advised corporations on strategy and finance for over 25 years. Throughout his career he has served as both senior executive and director of a number of public and private enterprises across the finance and resource sectors. Since 2005, Mr. Nichol has led the development of several exploration & production companies in the oil and gas sector, principally based in Calgary, Alberta. During this period, he led each successive organization through multiple rounds of private and public project financings, initiated and executed dual listings, established key international and domestic financial relations, oversaw M&A, technical, operational, HR, investor relations, legal and regulatory functions as well as closing several accretive asset acquisitions and financings in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to this, he served as a Management Consultant at a top-tier international firm in New York and London advising Fortune 50 corporations on business and corporate strategies. Mr. Nichols served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Poplar Point Energy, Inc. since 2006. He served as the President of Poplar Point Explorations Inc. His Executive career encompasses significant Oil and Gas experiences in private and public startups, takeovers and turnarounds. In these roles, he has advised Chief Executive Officer's and Chief Financial Officer's of Fortune 500 corporations on business and corporate strategies, mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, all with a rigorous focus on maximizing shareholder value. Mr. Nichols joined Schlumberger in 1992 and consequently worked in various technical, marketing and sales roles across North America, South America and Europe. From 1996 to 1999 He managed operations and executed projects in Canada and South America, including responsibility for reservoir stimulation and wellbore construction services for BP in Colombia. In 1999, he moved to the United Kingdom and joined a business unit in the Measurement and Systems division of Schlumberger. In this role, Mr. Nichols was on the team responsible for the corporate turnaround and eventual sale of that UK business. He returned briefly to the United States in 2001 as a Technical Manager for the Eastern USA On-Shore Segment prior to leaving it in mid-2001. He served as a Director of Perisson Petroleum Corporation since April 15, 2003, Liberty One Lithium Corp. since March 15, 2018, Aroway Energy Inc. since July 30, 2010 and Edge Resources Inc. since June 1, 2009. He served as a Director of Poplar Point Energy, Inc. since May 2006. He served as a Director of Westridge Resources Inc., from January 21, 2013 to January 20, 2017. Mr. Nichols holds an MBA from the London Business School in the UK where he graduated in 2003. He also holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and has been a registered Professional Engineer since 1994.
