Biography

Edison Cobalt Corp., a junior mining exploration company, engages in the procurement, exploration, and development of mineral properties in North and South America. The company primarily explores for cobalt, lithium, and other energy metals. It holds a 100% interest in the Spirit River Lithium Project comprising 4 contiguous metallic and industrial minerals exploration permits covering 4 townships northwest of the Fox Creek-Swan Hills area in the Peace River Arch district; and a 100% interest in the Edison/Kittson Cobalt Project comprising 216 unpatented mining claims covering a total area of approximately 4,440 hectares in northeast Ontario, Canada. The company was formerly known as Power Americas Minerals Corp. and changed its name to Edison Cobalt Corp. in August 2018. Edison Cobalt Corp. was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
