He has been an Independent Director of eCobalt Solutions Inc. (formerly Formation Metals Inc.) since May 27, 2013. He serves as a Director of Metalline Mining Company at Dome Ventures Corporation. He serves as a Director of Summo USA Corporation. He had been a Director of Arizona Silver Exploration Inc. since November 18, 2016. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Caeneus Minerals Ltd from September 11, 2001 to July 16, 2004. Mr. Hahn served as a Director of Silver Bull Resources, Inc. from October 1, 2007 to April 20, 2011. He served as a Director at Stillwater Canada Inc. (formerly Marathon PGM Corp.) since September 12, 2003. He served as a Director of Constellation Copper Corporation from March 9, 1994 to 2007. He is a Certified Professional Geologist and a Geological Engineer. Mr. Hahn received a B.A. in Earth Sciences from Dartmouth College and an M.S. in Geology and Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
