Azimut Exploration Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral properties in Canada. It explores for copper, gold, zinc, silver, cobalt, tungsten, rare earth elements, uranium, chromium, nickel, and platinum group elements, as well as base metals. The company holds interests in the Kaanaayaa Property comprises 390 claims covering 200.5 square kilometers located in the James Bay region of Quebec. As of December 21, 2018, it holds interests in 29 exploration properties comprising 7,414 claims located in the Nunavik, Ungava Bay, and James Bay regions, Canada. The company has strategic alliance with Société Québécoise d'Exploration Minière to identify, acquire, and explore prospective gold targets; and SOQUEM Inc. Azimut Exploration Inc. is headquartered in Longueuil, Canada.
