Mr. Alfers was the Founder and Managing Partner of Alfers & Carver LLC from 1995 to 2001, a boutique natural resources law firm, where he represented mining clients in the acquisition of mining properties, formation of joint ventures and all phases of exploration, development and mining operations. He has over 20 years of mining industry experienceHe serves as a Director of Sagebrush Gold Ltd. He served as a Director of NewWest Gold Corp. from 2005 to 2007.
