Biography

Strata-X Energy Ltd., through its subsidiaries, acquires, explores for, and develops oil and gas properties in the United States and Africa. The company focuses on its 100% owned Serowe Coal Seam Gas (CSG) Project that covers an area of approximately 1,129,000 acres located in the Kalahari Basin CSG fairway in the Republic of Botswana. It also holds a 100% interest in the Illinois Basin Oil Project that covers an area of approximately 1,400 net acres located in Illinois; and a 23.9% working interest in 770 net acres of land in the Eagle Project located in the San Joaquin Valley, California. The company was formerly known as Strata-X Ltd. and changed its name to Strata-X Energy Ltd. in October 2012. Strata-X Energy Ltd. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
