It also owns 100% interest in the Angliers-Belleterre project, which consists of 454 claims covering an area of 24,182.64 hectares located in western Quebec, Canada. The company was formerly known as Millrock Resources Inc. and changed its name to Alaska Energy Metals Corporation in March 2023. Alaska Energy Metals Corporation was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
