Cerebras: Bullish On Inference, But Patient On Price

Summary I like the inference story, but I'm not long yet, as I think it's too early after the recent IPO. By turning nearly an entire wafer into a single chip, Cerebras claims a 15x speed edge on inference vs. GPUs. OpenAI signed an agreement with Cerebras valued at more than $20 billion to deploy 750 MW of AI compute. The RPO is $24.6B vs. $510 million of FY25 revenue.
