I still feel this stock is moving higher as more people discover that this small-cap company has the potential to grow—or perhaps even be acquired. I almost hate taking profits and reducing my share count, but I follow a rules-based system that has served me well over the years.

I took some profits yesterday when the price briefly hit $3.77. Too many times over the years I’ve watched stocks reach all-time highs and then pull back, so I decided to lock in some gains.

Another rule I follow is to generally add shares back after about a 7% pullback from my last high—if, after evaluating market conditions and the stock itself, I deem it appropriate. I’ve set a tentative target of $4.77 before my next sell.
