Malaysia’s digital transformation journey continues to gain momentum, creating significant opportunities for companies involved in ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity and data centre solutions. Against this backdrop, Pentech Holdings Berhad is set to debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on 15 June 2026, positioning itself to benefit from the country’s expanding digital economy.
Pentech is an enterprise ICT solutions provider offering a broad range of services, including the integration of enterprise ICT infrastructure, supply of hardware and software, provision of cloud and managed services, as well as technical support and digital transformation solutions. Its customer base spans industries such as manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, education, logistics and construction, giving the group exposure to a wide range of sectors undergoing digitalisation.
Ahead of its listing, the company delivered a profitable first quarter for the financial period ended 31 March 2026. Pentech recorded revenue of RM66.46 million and net profit of RM1.70 million, translating into earnings per share of 0.27 sen. The results included RM1.07 million in one-off listing expenses related to its IPO exercise. Excluding these expenses, the group’s adjusted profit before tax would have stood at approximately RM3.36 million, reflecting the strength of its underlying operations.
The integration of enterprise ICT infrastructure segment remained the group’s largest revenue contributor, generating RM38.24 million and accounting for more than half of total revenue. The segment encompasses data centre solutions, network infrastructure and security systems, covering the integration of hardware, software, ICT infrastructure management tools and supporting equipment.
Beyond infrastructure deployment, the segment also provides business continuity planning services such as risk management, backup and recovery systems. It further offers LAN and WAN integration, network and system management tools, alongside cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint protection, data loss prevention, cloud security and privileged access management. These capabilities position Pentech to benefit from rising demand for secure and resilient digital infrastructure as organisations continue to modernise their IT environments.
Meanwhile, the provision of cloud and managed services segment contributed RM13.23 million in revenue, highlighting the growing adoption of cloud-based solutions among businesses seeking greater flexibility, scalability and operational efficiency.
Looking ahead, Pentech plans to utilise its IPO proceeds to establish a new Security Operations Centre (SOC), upgrade its Operations Control Centre (OCC) and expand its ICT service offerings. These investments are expected to strengthen the group’s cybersecurity capabilities, enhance service delivery and support future growth opportunities.
The broader industry outlook also remains favourable. Malaysia continues to attract investments in data centres, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity, supported by initiatives such as MyDIGITAL and the country’s ambition to become a regional digital hub. As businesses accelerate their digital transformation efforts, demand for enterprise ICT solutions is expected to remain robust.
With a debt-free position, cash balances of RM25.02 million and growing exposure to high-demand digital infrastructure segments, Pentech enters the ACE Market with a solid foundation. As digital adoption continues to expand across industries, the group appears well positioned to participate in Malaysia’s next level of digitalisation-driven growth phase.
